Frequently Asked Questions

QHHT is described as a self-healing modality because the healing process comes from your own Higher Self (also referred to as the subconscious), rather than from the practitioner. Your Higher Self holds the innate wisdom to help identify the underlying causes of physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances and, when appropriate, support your natural healing process.
During a QHHT session, the practitioner serves as a guide and facilitator. The experience is not about the practitioner providing healing, but rather about helping you connect with your own inner wisdom and awareness.
Many clients describe experiencing profound emotional release, energetic shifts, greater clarity, or meaningful changes in perspective that feel deeply healing. Some also report improvements to their physical health.
Every session is unique. Whatever unfolds is guided by your Higher Self and is believed to occur in alignment with what is most appropriate for your highest good and life journey.
For this reason, no specific healing outcome can be promised or guaranteed. Each person's experience is unique, and the insights received are intended to support your personal growth, understanding, and transformation.

Because each QHHT session is unique, experiences and results vary from person to person.
Some clients report profound shifts or a deep sense of healing during the session itself. Others notice meaningful changes gradually unfolding in the days, weeks, or months that follow.
Healing can take many forms. Some people experience changes related to the concerns they brought into the session, while others receive unexpected insights or shifts in areas they had not considered. Emotional, mental, spiritual, energetic and physical transformations are all commonly described, although each person's journey is different.
The depth of your experience may be influenced by your willingness to be open, your readiness to receive guidance, and your commitment to integrating what you discover. QHHT is an opportunity to reconnect with your authentic self, release what no longer serves you, and allow transformation to unfold in its own timing.

Most of my clients have one QHHT session each year. Some choose to return after one or two years, often because their lives have changed significantly and they have a new set of questions or areas they wish to explore.
Each QHHT session offers insights, clarity, and guidance that can continue to unfold long after the session ends. I encourage you to give yourself time to reflect, integrate, and apply what you've learned before considering another session.
Trust that the wisdom you receive will continue to reveal itself in layers as you move forward.

QHHT is a gentle and deeply relaxing modality, but it is not appropriate for everyone.
For the safety and well-being of my clients, sessions are offered only to adults (18+) who are able to fully participate in the process and provide informed consent.
In accordance with QHHT practitioner guidelines, I do not offer sessions to individuals with dementia, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, or other psychotic disorders.
If you're unsure whether QHHT is right for you, I'm happy to answer your questions before you book.
-
Some people remember much of what they experience during their session, while others remember very little.
When this practice first began more than 30 years ago, many clients did not recall what they experienced. Though with changes in consciousness, more clients today report remembering aspects of their sessions.
Regardless of how much you remember, you will receive an audio recording of your session afterward, allowing you to revisit the experience and insights at your own pace.

No. You remain aware and in control throughout the entire session.
QHHT guides you into a deeply relaxed state, similar to meditation or the moments just before falling asleep. You are always able to speak, move, ask questions, or end the session at any time.
You cannot be made to say or do anything that goes against your wishes or values. QHHT is a collaborative experience in which you remain an active participant throughout the process.

Most people can experience the relaxed state used in QHHT, provided they are willing to participate and able to follow simple guidance.
QHHT does not involve surrendering control. Instead, it is a natural state of focused relaxation that many people experience in everyday life—such as becoming deeply absorbed in a book, a movie, music, or the moments just before falling asleep.
Your willingness to relax, trust the process, and remain open to the experience can support the depth and richness of your session.
